I took a little break from posting for a while. I was really sporadic throughout January and this is my first post for February. To tell you the truth, I had a rough January and a horrible start to 2013.
But I've collected my thoughts and I'm finally feeling "back to normal."
I've been spinning like mad, and trying to get my zen on at yoga. It's amazing what 60 minutes of distraction can do for your body and mind.
